Feeling Stuck After Divorce? You’re Not Alone.
If you are struggling to move forward, feeling paralyzed by uncertainty, or simply trying to make sense of what life looks like now, it’s hard to imagine that you are not the only one. Many people feel stuck in the aftermath of divorce, unsure how to regain stability, confidence, and direction.
But this is not the end of your story. It is the beginning of a new one. And you do not have to figure it out on your own.

A Personal Journey That Led to a Passion for Coaching
I became a wellness coach during the final years of running my mobile massage and spa business, Pampered Spirit. I knew I wanted to transition into a career that had a greater impact—one focused on helping women navigate major life transitions. Divorce coaching and empowerment retreats became my vision, shaped by my own journey through divorce and personal growth.

In 2016, my divorce completely upended my world. The legal process was grueling, and the emotional toll felt relentless. It took 2.5 years to finalize, followed by another year of settlement negotiations. The healing process didn’t happen overnight. I had to rebuild, redefine my life, and rediscover my strength.
I celebrated the end of my divorce by wearing my wedding dress to court—not out of spite, but because it was the most beautiful dress in my closet, and I was finally feeling like myself again. I had come full circle. In that moment, I realized I wasn’t just closing a chapter—I was stepping into a new one, one where I was choosing myself.
Through that experience, I learned that the only way out is through. And when the path forward feels unclear, you find the light—whether in a moment, a person, or a shift in perspective—that helps you take the next step.
Building Strength, Gaining Clarity, and Supporting Others
After my divorce, I threw myself into business growth. I expanded Pampered Spirit from a mobile spa into a full wellness center, built a network of therapists, and dedicated myself to serving others. With every step forward, I got stronger. My clarity and focus sharpened.
That’s when my next vision took shape—a retreat home in Colorado, a space where women could come to rest, heal, and rebuild after life-changing events. A place where they could step away from the struggle and gain the perspective, support, and tools they needed to move forward.
I had the dream, but I needed the right structure to deliver it. That’s when I knew it was time to pivot. I sold Pampered Spirit, went back to school, and fully stepped into coaching.

Why I Chose Coaching
I had spent 26 years as a licensed bodywork therapist, helping people release physical pain and tension stored in their bodies. But I wanted to help beyond the surface level—I wanted to help people change their lives, not just find temporary relief.
I realized that my entire career had been preparing me for this. As a teacher, business owner, and innovator, I had developed programs, educated clients, and created spaces for healing. But coaching was different—it allowed me to guide people through transformation in a structured and sustainable way.
I saw too many people stuck—paralyzed by uncertainty, overwhelmed by loss, unsure how to take the next step. I knew how to help because I had been there. I knew how to get unstuck.
So, I went back to school and completed my Health and Wellbeing Coaching Certification at Duke University, a program designed for professionals with an undergraduate degree who want to make lasting change in people’s lives. This training solidified my ability to guide clients through health and wellness transformations, with a focus on behavioral change, resilience, and empowerment.

What You Will Get from Working with Me
My experience taught me that no matter how overwhelming divorce feels, it is possible to rebuild. I became a coach because I wanted to be the support I wished I had during my own divorce. Someone who understands the emotional, mental, and practical challenges—and who can help you move through them with clarity and strength.
When we work together, you will:
- Process your emotions in a healthy way – You do not have to carry this weight alone. Together, we will make sense of the emotions that come with loss, grief, and transition.
- Regain clarity and confidence – Divorce can shake your sense of self. We will work on rebuilding your confidence and setting a clear vision for your future.
- Get practical tools for moving forward – Whether it is managing stress, improving communication, or setting new goals, I will provide actionable strategies tailored to your needs.
- Create a life that feels good again – The goal is not just to survive this transition, but to emerge from it stronger, happier, and more aligned with the life you want to live.
- Develop a personalized self-care and wellness plan – Emotional, mental, and physical health all play a role in healing. We will create a plan that supports your well-being every step of the way.
