Intimacy FAQ

My coaching style is built on listening and intuition. Often, one deep, well-timed question can trigger a range of ideas you might never have considered on your own. Together, we will turn your curiosities into a pathway for more pleasure and a deeper connection to yourself and your partner.

➜ What can I expect from an intimacy coaching session?

Most clients arrive feeling a bit nervous—which is completely normal! My goal is to transform that nervousness into clarity. You will leave our sessions with practical education, resources, and actionable ideas you can incorporate into your life immediately. We focus on your specific goals, whether they are physical, emotional, or relational.

➜ I’m in a happy marriage, but our sex life has stalled. Is this common?

Absolutely. Many people in healthy, committed relationships experience a dip in pleasure or desire. This can be caused by burnout, metabolic changes, or simply losing the “spark” over time. We work together to bridge the libido gap and rediscover how to express yourself sexually, even if you don’t feel “naturally” sexual to start.

➜ I’m not sure if I’ve ever had an orgasm. Can you help with that?

You are not alone. I hear this from many women. We explore the mechanics of pleasure, including techniques for touch, understanding pressure, and learning how your body responds. My “knack” is helping you find those “aha” moments that lead to a deeper connection with your own body.

➜ How do menopause and perimenopause affect intimacy?

Hormonal changes are a major area of concern right now. Perimenopause and menopause can bring physical and emotional shifts that feel like they’ve “squashed” your libido. I provide a supportive space to navigate these changes, offering insights into how to maintain intimacy despite the metabolic and hormonal hurdles.

➜ Do you work with men or couples navigating IVF/TTC?

Yes. The pressure of Trying to Conceive (TTC) and IVF can turn intimacy into a chore or a source of stress. I help men, women and couples navigate the unique emotional and hormonal pressures of this journey, ensuring that their connection remains strong even during the most clinical of times.

➜ Is coaching right for me if my relationship is “rocky”?

When a relationship feels unstable, sex is often the first thing to change. We look at the root of the issue—how stress and communication affect your physical connection—and use insightful questions to trigger new perspectives and ideas you might not have considered.
