Integrative Intimacy Coaching

Reclaiming Your Body, Confidence, and Connection After Life’s Big Shifts

Your body has changed.
Your pleasure doesn’t have to.

For over 25 years, I’ve helped people feel better in their bodies through wellness and bodywork. Now, I’m bringing that same grounded, supportive approach into a part of well-being that most people struggle to talk about out loud: intimacy.

Welcome to Integrative Intimacy Coaching—a private, fully virtual coaching experience designed for individuals and couples who want to improve connection, communication, confidence, and emotional closeness.

This is a space where you don’t have to “have it all figured out.” You just have to be willing to start the conversation.

What Is Sex & Intimacy Coaching?

Sex and intimacy coaching is best understood as education + coaching + support. It’s not therapy, and it’s not a medical service. It’s a guided process that helps you understand what’s happening in your body and your relationship, improve communication, and build real-world skills for real-world intimacy.

A sexologist or intimacy coach is often considered an educator, coach, or consultant. Coaches don’t treat mental illness or diagnose medical conditions—and I don’t claim to. My work is focused on coaching you forward, helping you create change through clarity, tools, and practice.

My coaching is rooted in a “purposeful pleasure” approach:
Because pleasure is not frivolous. It’s not shameful. It’s not something you “outgrow.” It’s a pillar of overall wellness—and it deserves the same attention we give to sleep, stress, movement, and nutrition.

Who This Coaching Is For?

I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to talk about what’s changed. You may be here because:

  • You love each other, but the connection feels different now
  • You’re struggling with communication and don’t know how to bring things up
  • You feel like roommates instead of partners
  • You’re navigating mismatched desire or mismatched energy
  • You want closeness again, but you’re not sure how to rebuild it
  • You’re going through major life transitions and your confidence has shifted
  • You’re trying to reconnect after postpartum changes
  • You’re adjusting to perimenopause, menopause, or hormonal shifts
  • You’re dating again after divorce and feel unsure of yourself
  • You feel anxious, self-conscious, or “in your head” during intimate moments
  • You want a more fulfilling relationship, but don’t want judgment or pressure

If any of this sounds familiar, you are not broken.
You are human—and you are not alone.

What We Can Work On Together

I offer a shame-free, judgment-free space to explore the topics many people don’t know how to talk about—especially when life feels busy, stressful, or emotionally complicated. This work is about helping you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your relationship, and more comfortable having the conversations that matter.

Communication and Emotional Closeness

For many individuals and couples, the biggest struggle isn’t a lack of love—it’s a lack of comfort talking about what’s really going on. If communication feels awkward, tense, or shut down completely, we can work on building emotional safety and learning how to talk without fear of conflict or rejection.

Together, we focus on helping you express what you need in a clear and respectful way, navigate difficult moments without shutting down, and rebuild trust so conversations feel calmer, more honest, and more productive.

Desire Differences and Mismatched Libidos

Desire differences are common in long-term relationships, and they don’t automatically mean something is wrong with you or your partner. Often, it’s not about attraction—it’s about timing, stress, exhaustion, mental load, or feeling emotionally disconnected.

In coaching, we talk through what’s normal, what’s changed, and what might be influencing the gap. From there, we explore realistic solutions that feel respectful to both people, without pressure, shame, or “one person always losing.”

Intimacy After Life Changes

Life transitions can change everything—your body, your energy, your confidence, and the way you relate to your partner. If you’ve been feeling disconnected after a major shift, you’re not alone, and you’re not stuck this way forever.

I support clients navigating postpartum transitions, perimenopause and menopause, body changes, divorce recovery, grief, stress, and major lifestyle changes. These seasons can be emotionally heavy, but they can also become a turning point where you reconnect with yourself and redefine what intimacy looks like now.

Mind-Body Reconnection

Many people assume intimacy is all about technique—but what I see again and again is that people are overwhelmed, distracted, and disconnected from their bodies. When anxiety is running the show, it becomes difficult to feel present, confident, or emotionally open.

This is where somatic work becomes powerful. We focus on presence over performance, using breath, movement, and nervous system support to help you get out of your head and back into your body. When you feel calmer and more grounded, confidence and connection become much more natural.

Relationship Dynamics and Rebuilding Connection

Sometimes the relationship itself has shifted. You may still care about each other deeply, but the emotional closeness feels distant, the spark feels muted, or intimacy feels out of sync with the rest of your life.

We can explore the deeper patterns that keep couples stuck—like feeling emotionally close but physically disconnected, or physically connected without emotional closeness. Coaching gives you space to understand what’s really happening underneath the surface and rebuild connection in a grounded, realistic way that fits your relationship today.

My Approach: Somatic, Integrative, and Real-Life Practical

I don’t believe in “perfect” relationships.
I believe in real relationships.

My coaching style blends:

  • Somatic-informed support (body-based awareness and nervous system regulation)
  • Pleasure-forward education (without shame or awkwardness)
  • Mindfulness and communication tools
  • Resilience coaching for life transitions
  • A grounded approach that helps you feel safe in your body again

Sometimes the breakthrough isn’t a huge dramatic moment.
Sometimes it’s simply two people finally being able to talk honestly—without fear, defensiveness, or pressure.

That’s where healing starts.

Why I’m Doing This Work Now

My coaching practice has always been built on the pillars of:

Resilience. Clarity. Renewed strength.

Sex and intimacy coaching is not separate from wellness—it’s the final piece of the wellness puzzle.

I’ve supported people through stress, burnout, divorce, grief, and identity shifts. And what I’ve learned is this:

Many people can “survive” a transition…
but they don’t feel alive again.

They don’t feel connected.
They don’t feel confident.
They don’t feel like themselves.

I help you rebuild that part of your life—gently, honestly, and with real support.
