I am an Integrative Health & Wellness Coach, having received comprehensive training at Duke, and am a CDC Certified Divorce Coach, 

I have a BA from UNC Greensboro and am a licensed massage therapist.  I have owned and operated a wellness center, innovated a mobile spa business, taught high school history and science, conducted workshops, and presented at large corporate events. As a mother,  business owner and entrepreneur, I am passionate about helping others in all arenas of my life.

In addition, I have successfully navigated my own divorce and am living authentically.

All this has led me to this encore career, where I can focus on providing support to women, guiding them toward a flourishing future.
